Opinion on iPad kiosks off KioskMarketplace.  It's pretty much spot on with the freezing app and particularly the lack of a wired ethernet interface. 3G not nearly enough and WiFi never is as good as ethernet. Big problem is the keypad buffer and how touches can stack up and overflow so to speak. It is uncontrolled flow and is the easiest way to break almost any tablet.
